Spring Training
Ok, guys sorry about this. But just wanted you to hear it from me before these pictures started circulating. This isn't what it looks like. I currently am teaching a class in Pug-a-lates. it's a mixture of pilates and pug humping. what you see here is a technique that is most common, it's called the brown eyed mambo. it burns 150 calories if done for 2 minutes or 200 calories if you're wearing a warm sweater. It's that perfect workout when you're on the go. just grab someone at the check out line or a nearby jogger in the park. Gret for abs, ass flaps and nipplage area.
This pug-a-lates move is called the "reach around". Grab a partner and go from side to side sniffing and concentrating on short breaths. Do this for about 3 minutes or until you feel really light headed. If your partner smells of dung or urine you may want to just do the 1 minute "quickie". "The Fire Hydrant". Great for the "give them something to hold on onto" muscles. This exercise is great with just a tree or bush. First drink a least a gallon of water or green tea. Let out a little pee on the tree or bush, then just simply spend 30 minutes trying to beat your own record. You may need to refill or buy one of those sippy hats to wear. Never try this with a friend or partner unless you know him or her really well. This friend in this pic is R. J. he's just making sure I don't cheat. He's a pretty good ump. Burns 180 calories in winter and fall. Around 190 in summer and spring.
And finally the "four legged relay". This is great during an afternoon of frollicking. just get some friends together and run from thing to thing. there are no rules and no guide lines. just run run run. althought stopping to sniff or scratch could make you disqualified depending on the county. This burns 5 calories every 2 minutes. ok, that's it guys. sign up now if you want to take my class. the park is filling up pretty quick. and i give discounts to fatty fats.
